The poorest customer experience I have ever witnessed. Hertz constantly tries to use AI to "help" their customers and it took 14-18 phone calls, most of them unanswered. The car was not even in the system, even though I as out renting it and driving it" The Gold and Gold plus logistics are completely misleading and its a marketing gimick. I am asking them for a partial refund.
Avoid this one. This location is partially skilled at telling you they are out of the car car you booked, even though they are sitting in the lot, and then try to force you to pay for an upgrade. They will then try to downgrade you and tell you not to worry about the upgrade charge, that isn't due. They will absolutely refuse to credit you the difference on the downgrade. AND, it regularly takes 45-hour to actually get out of the lot as they have only one exit boot open and that person spends a great deal of time trying to s... read more
