Horrible experience these guys are dishonest and scammers do not put your money here I pre booked a week in advance. Checked in online the day before to avoid the hassle at counter. everything was approved and PREPAID IN ADVANCE I come in the day of pick up with my young child excited...but it quickly changed they didn't honor the rental due to me using my fiancees card , which I understand names need to match I'm the id ectect.. but now...not only am I not receiving a refund because THEY CHECKED ME IN AS TAKING THE CAR!!! The hertz company is good however, Molly from Greeley is a terrible costumer service worker EVER. She shouldn’t be working with people. She’s rude none helpful and straight disrespectful. She gave me a car that was not cleaned out and when I asked her to just clean it. She argued with me walked out the door to help someone else, then when she half way cleaned it she was slamming the doors, huffing and puffing.
