Dangerously small parking lot. Only 1 person working the desk. She was nice but so busy with a long line of customers they needed a other person on shift as she had to service walk ins and answer the phone at the same time. The wait was long. I asked the girl why the two guys in the back sitting in chairs on their phones couldn't help her. She said "They can't, they're union. They just drive."

Terrible, horrible, unforgettable (not in a good way) experience with Hertz in general, but specifically the one on 105th and Metcalf. Reserved a car to go home and see family for Thanksgiving, but not only does their site not check for inventory before it allows a reservation to go through, their "pay now" policy should be considered false advertising or bait and switch. It explicitly says on the site that you won't be charged until time of pick up, which is MOST CERTAINLY NOT TRUE. Not only will the site allow you to book ... read more

Waited almost 2 hour for a car watching multiple people that came in after me get there cars and leave. When asked why three response was they get cars ready as they are lined up. Terrible service and will never rent from here again!!!

This location is a joke the person behind the counter ask me the same questions over and over also my reservation was made hours prior and the vehicle was not even cleaned also when I tried calling to confirm reservation there was no answer doing normal business hours this location is very incompetent

My recent rental from Fairfield Hertz was the worst experience I’ve ever had from any business, period. They failed to provide the promised car class that was approved by my insurance carrier. The vehicle did not have a full tank upon leaving the lot even though they claimed it was. They falsely described the fuel replacement fee and procedures which was only determined after seeing a gas charge of $40.42 added to my credit card even though the car was returned with a FULL topped off tank.
