I'm a Hertz Gold Member and reserved my car online. When I went to pick it up, I was not given any explanation of charges, verbally or even a printed out receipt. I was unknowingly given a more expensive car than I had reserved, and charged $25 extra per day for it, again, not told to me when I picked up the car. When the car was returned, the guy at the desk, Jake, basically said there was nothing he could do about it, and to call Hertz if we wanted to.
