Mackenzie, at the Hertz ERI location was exceptionally knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout our interaction. Her professionalism and courteous demeanor were truly outstanding, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Mackenzie is a credit to her team

I rented from this location back in November and completely forgot to write a review at that time, but this location forced me to purchase a LDW at $32/day because I was under 25 and did not have a full coverage auto insurance policy. This is despite the fact that I already had a LDW that limited my liability to $5000 by booking through AAA. This location does not follow Hertz corporate policy and should have their franchise revoked.

I have rented from various vendors dozens of times over the last several years. Hertz has been the worst, and this site worst of them all. They did give me an upgrade - thank you! and the car was good. But this location required me to provide a detailed breakdown of my deductibles for comprehensive/collision insurance. Who carries that around on business trips, especially when the corporate travel agent covers auto insurance? I have taken rental in Cleveland I have been charged extra , i call to customer agent hertz they don’t really helpfull me , at that time in Erie pa i went to erie airport hertz , they sorted my problem by reaching out customer support. employee in Erie hertz I don’t know her , i am really thankful to her, she is very kind and patient

The counter person, MacKenzi Rizzo, was EXCELLENT!!! She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & helpful! She made the experience extremely & a pleasure !
