Hertz at Branning is my go to for car rentals! I am always treated with respect and friendliness. The associates are knowledgeable and always helpful. Mr Jackman is always a consummate professional!
I have always received good service from the local rental employees but this trip having to deal with customer service at two other locations on the first day of our trip and receiving no help whatsoever not willing to risk my life again with the disgraceful customer service we received. Hertz corporate should be ashamed as no one ever contacted me. Just automated surveys and requests for Google posts
Do not rent from this place Dustin will rob you blind. My company has been renting cars for the past 15 years. It cost us $600 to rent a car for one day. We were double charged. And a vehicle was not provided Warning Dustin will rob you blind he makes his money off of commissions So the more he rents the more money he makes
My experience at this location was extremely frustrating. The manager, Dustin Gogats, was unprofessional and unmannered throughout the process. I was charged for both a hold and a day’s rental, but never actually received a vehicle. When I tried to resolve the situation, Dustin attempted to charge me again for switching to an “upgrade,” even though I never had a car to begin with.
