when i asked when i was get my refund for the deposit back the lady at the airport branch told me at the day after the drop off...when i dropped off the car the guy told me after 28 days.....i dont know if they are confused but not fair at all.

John Blyth at Hertz desk kindly and patiently stayed back and provided me with a car in a Sunday evening when Sixt car rental left their desk without any communication with me after my flight had delays while I had a booking with Sixt!
Disaster service. Horrible attitude. Not helpful, confusing. Don’t rent from this company and by all means avoid this brunch.
