Really poor experience with rude staff, hire car through car insurance and was sent abusive demanding messages that hire was overdue and police contacted to repossess car - despite being told twice that the loan would be extended due to panel beater not completed works. Would never pay to hire through this company ever, handing car back today couldnt be happier to not deal with them again.
So-so service….paying $200 because we are dropping off the car somewhere else!!!! Insane! Try to do this in the US. The car was otherwise nice. However it was a not too pleasant surprise that they don’t accept an electronic credit card…c’mon it’s 2025.
Lost a star because they wanted a physical card to pay for the hire. Note to others they won’t accept tap and go from your phone.
