Super easy to drop off….. leave it at the valet, get inside the hotel… and the hertz location it’s on the left and drop off the keys there you are all set.

I returned here and directions should be better on the return process. We waited for help only to find out we could leave the vehicle with valet

Hours of operation are worse than bankers hours. Why even bother running this rental agency. Most business folks start work earlier and end later than their hours

SON UNOS AUTENTICOS LADRONES. Cuando llegue 30min tarde no había nadie y tuvimos que esperar mas de 2 horas. Nos quisieron cobrar mas dinero por haber llegado tarde. El coche que yo había reservado no lo tenían y me ofrecieron otro mas barato, que pagué en el momento. No me cancelaron el precio del coche que había reservado por lo que acabé pagando dos coches. El chico que nos atendió era muy maleducado y el coche que nos dieron estaba sucio. Había leido las reseñas malas pero no hice caso. NO RESERVEIS CON ESTA COMPAÑIA.
