Joann at Hertz was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Horrible experience. I've been here a few times and every time the same. I will never go back. The people who work here are clueless and never even at the desk. You will wait over 30 minutes to pickup or checkin a car and they refuse a receipt. They are lazy here. I would never come back again
Super easy to drop off….. leave it at the valet, get inside the hotel… and the hertz location it’s on the left and drop off the keys there you are all set.
I returned here and directions should be better on the return process. We waited for help only to find out we could leave the vehicle with valet
