I had a very disappointing experience with Hertz. I made a confirmed booking, but when I arrived, I was told the vehicle was unavailable due to overbooking. This raises a serious question, what is the point of allowing bookings if the service cannot be honored? There was no prior notification; no call, no email, no update whatsoever. What a scam rental location They are charging me $250 cleaning fee for my return condition like this
They had to cancel and call me a few times because they are out of inventory. They take like 15 mins to get my car to my hand and refuse to start the work early. Compared to other Hertz, the experience is bit down and there ain't an option to 'walk and choose' for president club members, I understand this is not a big store here but the communication in providing options for car is not consistent each time. 3 stars because I see people working hard but minus 2 stars because that hard work couldn't translate to great experien... read more
By far the worst Hertz location. Picked up a car that was not clean, got charged $75 for returning a car that was not clean. Charged me bunch of extra fees for returning the car late although I extended the car with them directly (and of course not mention of extra fees). Manager of location is the worst I’ve seen so far.
