Sam and Abu are the absolute GOATs of car rentals! We’re from Maryland and we’re so nervous about an EV rental. Sam helped us navigate that and got us the perfect gas vehicle instead. We were nervous about this but this team made us feel welcome and excited for our trip. Thank you so much!

We had a Hertz rental for just over three weeks, and halfway through the trip the hybrid’s software started acting up—it would only let us start the car intermittently, and we’d have to go through a long process just to get it running. I called the local Hertz location and spoke with Abu, who handled everything quickly and efficiently. He had a replacement car ready for us right away and got us back on the road without any stress. We’ll definitely continue using this location during our annual month-long stay in Bellevue.

Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Mietwagen. Abu und Ian waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns noch ein paar Tipps zum Straßenverkehr in den USA gegeben. Ich würde dort wieder ein Auto mieten.
