When I got there one of the employees was sleeping. Proceeded to rent a car for 48 hours to run errands and was charged a $100 cleaning fee without any explanation, which seems to be a trend based on other reviews. Y’all are really gonna sleep on the job and then surprise customers with ridiculous fees?
I’ve been renting from Hertz for years and I’m a Gold member, and Keanu at the Hertz in Bellevue, WA really stood out—super positive, knowledgeable, and friendly with excellent customer service. If you’re renting here, ask for Keanu!
This place basically steals from you. They can charge you a 250 cleaning fee, or decide to charge you 11.x per gallon if the thing is not returned full, etc. DO NOT rent from this place.
Amazing service. I came a couple minutes late when the guys behind the desk were about to leave. Despite being visibly tired, they helped me out and rented me a car. Abu was particularly helpful and generous with his time. Definitely would recommend!
I have historically had challenges with this location, but Abu has completely changed my perception of this branch and could not be more helpful. Very appreciative of his management at this location and for going above and beyond
