The worst. Booked a reservation online. I had to take $50 Uber to get there, and they say we don't have any cars. And there's nothing they can do. The guys were nice, but there was nothing they can do. This is not even a business. It's like going to a restaurant, and they say we don't have food. Horrible!

I arrived on July 11 2026 at 9 AM to pick up my car, but the Bellevue office was completely closed—even though your website said it was open. There were about a dozens other customers standing around, just as confused. I had to rent from Enterprise instead and pay extra money out of pocket. Called Hertz support and they basically did nothing, just told me to wait. It's been days and my refund still hasn't come through. This was a nightmare and completely ruined my trip. Don't book with them and pls go somewhere else.

On July 11, Saturday. This center didnt open, staff went missing while 20-30 people were waiting to pickup or return a car. The service has been average before, but at least you can get a car.. Today it's just purely bad.
