This the first and the last time I ever rent from Hertz because of this location customer service, the drop off was at 1pm and I arrived at 12:01pm and the lady almost doesn’t want me to do the drop off because they closed at 12pm, none of my business if the pickup location told me I have until 1pm to drop off the car and they close at 12pm!! I asked the lady for some water for my two little kids while we’re waiting for our ride in the parking lot to go home and she said sorry we’re close while she was inside the office yet!... read more
