Poor service and did not receive the car we were supposed to get.
I rented a vehicle from Hertz Airdrie for work on March 2, 2023 (pickup at around 12:30-1 pm) and I was not my best customer self. I don't know the name of the gentleman that was working, but he was very polite and kind. I apologized to him for being in a bad mood - I was not particularly nice to him, and the entire time he handled the situation calmly and compassionately.
