J'ai réservé une voiture essence environ 3 mois en avance chez Hertz Victoria et quand je suis arrivé tout ce qu'il restait c'était une vieille tesla (avec 150'000 kilomètres (!)) ou un van 8 places (avec supplement 40 dollar / jour). Nous avons pris la tesla mais c'était vraiment pas adapté vu que nous voulions faire un road trip sur l'île de Vancouver (vu qu' il n'y a que 4 stations de recharge tesla sur lile). Beware renting cars from here. They upsold me went from a Kia to a bronco for what I was told would be $15/day. Flash forward They charged my card a $225 fee on top of the $15/day. When called to ask why I was yelled at told I was to bring it back because he rented it out the next day when I was told I had it u til 1030am next day. They are now refusing to refund me and I’m in the process of filing a chargeback. Wir hatten ein Auto für eine Woche im Vorraus gemietet und als wir ankamen bekamen wir ein größeres Auto als wir erwartet hatten. Dies war vorallem auf der Straße Richtung Port Renfrew sehr angenehm zu fahren. Zudem war es noch fast ein Neuwagen mit vielen Extras. Dies war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Victoria BC und auch beim nächsten wenden wir uns gerne wieder an diesen Hetz Standort. THIS IS A WARNING TO TOURIST- DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Iam a local and really the following negative reviews should speak for themselves- but take it from me, Hertz Victoria has a really bad community insight. We do not like them. They will claim you damaged the rental vehicle without providing proof. They will bombard you with letters and emails demanding payment and when you ask for proof, they never provide it. They keep insisting that I start a claim with my insurance company and I refuse to help them scam my insurer.
