When I tried to pickup my rental vehicle I approached the Hertz desk and the employee was actively typing on the computer and either talking to himself or to a customer on speaker phone. When an employee is working with another customer you wait to be called or greeted. I waited for about 5 minutes while this employee continued to type on the computer. Si esta tecnica de algunas Cias. Rent a Car , exigen pagos por la reserva y luego te la vuelven a cargar al recoger el coche. Prometiendo la devolucion a y si te vi no me acuerdo. Esto deviera estar penado, y prohibir esos dobles pagos o hacer la devolucion justo a la entrega del coche. A mi también me paso algo parecido en Hertz y me costo meses conseguir el reintegro.

Muy mala experiencia. Me han cobrado dos veces el importe y estoy tratando de que me lo devuelvan. Lo tenía pagado desde España y al regresar del viaje me cargaron 182$ enla tarjeta. Cuidado que no estafen a nadie más. En respuesta al propietario, no es suficiente con "lamentar" lo ocurrido. Debe inmediatamente solucionar el problema y devolver el dinero o tendré que iniciar acciones legales. Supongo que esos comentarios de la empresa son automaticas

I was initially worried because this Hertz location had quite a few negative reviews. However, despite arriving just before their 5 PM closing time, the staff kindly guided me to the return parking area and even waited for me to come back after I had to move the car again to change my credit card. This was already past their working hours, but they were incredibly patient and helpful. When I visited again to rent another vehicle, I was able to receive the car I had reserved without any issues.
