Latasha the “manager” worst stank attitude! This girl hates her job and directs her poor career decision in life in innocent customers!
They need to put a signage that they exist on this part of the parking lot! Other car rental places has a sign. So you have to gamble on going into one of the car rental places hoping that they are there as well. If you missed it, good luck with looping around one of the busiest street in Jersey City. Maybe you'll end up in Lincoln Tunnel.
I booked a mid size SUV and the counter guy gave me a subcompact SUV. He lied to me that this was an UPGRADE and was rather a DOWNGRADE when i checked with President Circle team online. These guys aren’t really out there to help you. Please lookout for yourself and pay for what you booked for at the LEAST. P.S. plz get the avis if you can. They have an absolutely stupid and slow process of handing cars over to you here.
Pathetic customer service!! Never rent a car from them, severe case of customer harassment and no internal communication. Every customer rep says something different especially when about solving a claim!
