We reserved a car before picking it up. After reaching to Hertz, we waited in the line for more than 1 hour in the cold and then suddenly they told us literally “we ran out of cars today”; after telling them that we had an online reservation they said that they can’t make same day reservations. Well, there was no hint on the website or restriction or anything like that. Summing up, rather go to another company… unfortunately we can’t recommend it…

Very bad attitude
Awful experience with Hertz. We paid in advance, but the staff was unhelpful and distracted, refusing to release the car without extra charges. Poor communication and unprofessional service—would not recommend.
Terrible experience with Hertz. We were charged in advance, but the staff was unprofessional, busy chit-chatting, and refused to give us the car unless we paid more. Poor service and misleading practices—avoid them!
