I rented to go to my godfather’s funeral. Was the first person in line, waiting while two helped customers. One woman tried for 17 minutes to sale the toll to a man who said he wasn’t interested no less than five times. There must be some commission or something. TWO-HOUR LONG WAIT, mostly standing in line in cold weather to pick up my reserved car. And this even though I’ve long been a Gold Club member. WORST ever rental pickup experience!
