It sucks I have to give 1 star I wish it could be 0. A hertz driver ran into my car more than a month ago, I have been waiting since for them to "investigate" Meanwhile I've been without a car, not able to get my car fixed because Hertz doesn't want to assume responsibility. The hertz driver got a ticket, it is stated in the report by the police that it was the other driver's fault, it was even a Tesla that has the crash recorded but they have to "investigate" Last time we spoke they said it was going to take another 3-6 wee... read more
