On March 21, 2026, my partner and family had an extremely disappointing experience with Hertz at 13205 SW 137th Ave #106, Miami, FL 33186. I am a Hertz Gold President’s Circle member, and while the loyalty perks can be great, the way this situation was handled made me seriously reconsider ever booking with Hertz again. Thieves ... I just recieve a letter in France for 5.73 gallon missing in the tank when it was full, no help in France for that, i need to send a reciepe i don't have, ≈ 70 euros just like that, and a lot of paperwork to get it back.
