So far sitting and waiting for 40 minutes. No staff. The office isn't supposed to close until 2pm and I've been standing here 40 minutes... The first time I was berated by the guy for having a booking and he said now he's short 1 car. But hertz are happy to take bookings. The second time i waited and waited and then rang for help and they said hes out to lunch. Even though my booking is for 1pm and they close at 2pm. There will not be a third. Just use the airport location if you must use hertz. This place sucks...
As all others mentioned, Theodore was so nice and helpful. Check In was quick and easy. Same for returning. Shuttle ran every 30 minutes. No complaints!
Excellent experience! I rent from this heart location regularly, as I come to Miami for work. Theo is the BEST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
