Hertz Local Edition rental at the Hilton Blue Dolphin Hotel is the best for convenience to MIA, have the very very best service of all the Hertz HLE in the Miami area, the most efficient, easiest to pickup and drop off, and truly the most courteous of any Hertz in my 49 years of renting cars.
Trying to speak to someone at this location has been impossible! Reaching out for clarification through the website is ridiculous. Likely changing my hotel reservation because this location is unresponsive and will stay elsewhere in Miami! Chose this location because of local car rental now I can’t confirm simple details.
Esperienza pessima e una stella è anche troppo, atterrati alle 15:20 arrivati al desk alle 15:50 e solo 3 operatori per il check-in con una fila assurda. Poco prima del mio check-in la manager ..... decide di assegnare lei i veicolo prolungando ulteriormente l'attesa per il ritiro della vettura, morale della favola siamo usciti dal parcheggio del rent alle 19:40 circa. Mai più con hertz a Miami
Loved the vehicle, hated the auto braking and auto correction steering. Miami traffic is headache enough I should not have to fight the car to avoid accidents. The car was clean and smooth driving otherwise.
