The service was very good and easy on pickup and return. The staff was very nice that make me ignore that the unit was empty and no was clean . But again the service was great

I was really grateful and surprised at the level of service I received. The "lady" even called me before my arrival to confirm my rental car class choice that I selected and advised me of the cost in advance for any changes. This is not typical but extremely appreciated. I wrote her name down if I locate it I will update this post.

Average experience at a car rental place, some parts were extremely frustrating, and some were alright. I needed a rental as a result of an accident and was provided this Hertz location by my insurance company, which is closest to my home, instead of one closer to the accident scene. There was a lot of confusion because multiple Hertz employees from different locations were calling me to set up appointments.
