Jennifer & Gary were both great to work with! Jennifer made sure we got the car we needed and Gary took care of us while checking out the car. Definitely will rent from here again, and recommend to others too!
Incredible slow! Arrived on time and I’ve been waited for 1 hour and got nothing! So crazy and never choose it again.
Waited over an hour to pick up my vehicle. This office and staff while they were nice, they are very disorganized.
Jennifer and Jasmine at hertz are saints! I can’t believe the drama I saw from some customers that wanted to change their reservations at the last minute or refused to contact their bank when their charges were being held in pending and insisted on blaming the staff and holding up everyone behind them for 30 minutes instead of making a phone call to their bank. Meanwhile, Jennifer and Jasmine remained calm, polite and professional the whole time. I could not have done that. They deserve more than Hertz can afford to pay them... read more
**★☆☆☆☆** Arrived for a confirmed reservation at the Miami Downtown (SE 2nd St) location and there was no car available. The only "alternative" offered was to wait — with no clear timetable, just a vague "30 min to an hour" that staff couldn't even guarantee. They seemed more focused on their lunch break and clocking out than solving the problem, and the manager was no better.
