Joann Pierre made a big difference during our Hertz rental experience. My elderly mother and I had some difficulty finding our way around the area while returning the vehicle, and Joann went out of her way to help us. What may have seemed like a small gesture made a tremendous difference to both of us. That is what great customer service is all about. Hertz has always been my first choice, and thanks to Joann, that decision was reinforced once again. Thank you, Joann, for your kindness, patience, and exceptional service.

Excellent experience with Hertz at the Downtown Miami location on SE 2nd Street. This was my first time renting with Hertz, and during this trip I rented with them on two consecutive occasions. Both experiences fully met my expectations. I especially want to recognize Jennifer Leiva for her outstanding customer service. I had a great experience with Hertz! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was excellent. Great fast service. Only improvement would be to be offered a choice of cars, and for the toll pass to be a tad cheaper. The daily rate is 3 x Alamo fee.
