This Hertz location has always been accommodating with me, and very easy to work with. Jennifer leads the staff exceptionally well, and she's very helpful and knowledgable. Joanna and Edwin are also both extremely nice, and make the experience there a simple process. I'll definitely continue renting from Hertz Downtown whenever I have the need!
This is the best Hertz in the Miami area. Gary and Samir consistently provide outstanding service. Professional, efficient, and go the extra mile to make sure everything is smooth and taken care of. Their customer service truly stands out and is a big reason I keep coming back to this location. Highly appreciated!
Service was excellent but the car was missing rear wiper and had an odour of marihuana cigarettes.
Très pratique d avoir la voiture directement à l hôtel. En revanche il n y avait quasiment plus d essence dans le réservoir ( jamais vu ça!) d autant plus que j avais déjà payé en amont 42€ d essence pour ne pas à avoir faire le plein lors de la restitution du véhicule.
