I was forced to receive an EV when I did not book an EV. I booked a small suv. I called and tried to resolve the issue but was told I would have to resolve it at the time of pick up. So, at the pick up location, I requested a change but they told me there was nothing they could do without significant delay and possible charges. A fine vehicle (Ford Expedition) per se, though to gain the full utility, it pays to take a moment and learn the full capability of the vehicle. I did ask the attendant, but he was unaware of all the capabilities (I was just looking for attaching my phone, setting up the navigation, and my music streaming service). Everything was done on line before my trip. I did have to verify who I am at departure. The website was easy to navigate, and claimed simplicity, Hertz did deliver! i was a easy transaction, i will use Hertz again. I am a gold member and enjoy the ease of renting a car thru Hertz

Go rent from Enterprise. My flight was delayed 30 minutes and there was no one working at Hertz when I got to there.

I rented a Jeep Wrangler for my family vacation in RI because we wanted to be able to take the tops off and enjoy the nice weather since we would be doing quite a bit of driving and we were coming from Texas where the weather is very hot. When we arrived, despite there being 2 Jeep Wranglers on the lot, we were told there were none available and were given a Toyota Highlander SUV that did not even have a sunroof!
