Really easy pickup and drop-off. The gentleman that met me at the drop-off was very nice and professional
If i could give zero stars i would. Rented a L7 vehicle in Hertz language.. basically a SUV that would fit 7 people. Left RI on a trip to Indianapolis. shortly after check engine light comes on. SUV wouldnt do more than 65 with High RPMs (Transmission Problem). Call hertz roadside and created a case.. Roadside was zero help and had to keep calling and playing phone tag with Hertz until finally i myself found another facility with a big enough SUZ, that facility was Newark Airport.. Great customer service!!
The car was great but I was charged $250 for not filling up the gas. I had a third of a tank, and the cost of gas in Rhode Island is so cheap in comparison to what I paid. If I knew they were gonna charge me like this I would have filled up. This really set me back financially.
