Wow I’m impressed! Impressed by how bad this business is being run. I make a 9AM appointment to pick up a car through the Hertz website and was promised on the phone that it is mine. I show up on time, don’t get assisted for 15 minutes and kindly ask if I can be assisted because I have work. He marches back in with attitude telling the guy I asked, “I’m gonna get to her when I get to her, she can wait” right infront of my face… no I can’t I have work and that’s why PICK UP time is a thing. Amazing! Great customer service. Very kind, polite and professional. I’m only renting from that location from now on. Just awesome!!! Thank you for assisting me when I truly needed the support due to a car accident with my car. You got me through it. I’m forever grateful..

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for awhile (I rented a car 1 year ago from this location and kept the receipt to remind me to leave a review but kept procrastinating). I had an amazing customer service experience and was shocked considering the overall poor rating on here. Samiria Watson was amazing, as were the two men who helped out. They were very pleasant, humorous, quick, efficient, and gave me no issues with acquiring or returning the vehicle. Super smooth process, thank you guys!

I had a great experience, the cool black dude with a beard that works there really helped me out and was professional and was a life saver. Highly recommend.
