Advice: always, always call ahead to confirm your reservation availability. Because car inventory is constantly being seized by other locations, your reservation might not get fulfilled. To get them on the phone, I was able to break through the automated voice rep by selecting the 'other' option (for repair shops and partners). Small team doing the best they can. Good location, close enough to downtown Walnut Creek.
I went to pick up the rental car. When I arrived they informed me that the car was no available and they didn’t have any at the time. They were very rude and unhelpful.
The pickup at Hertz was seamless. The lovely woman who dealt with the transaction was professional and friendly. She made it a very pleasant experience.
Did not get the vehicle we ordered. We reserved and paid for an SUV and got a mini van. Girl at the counter was less than professional and very non chilant about it. Will not go back to Walnut Creek Hertz.
WC site is dirty people suck DO NOT USE them or waste your time. RUDE and VERY UNHELPFULL. I went to ENTERPRISE and had a GREAT EXPERIENCE
