The pickup at Hertz was seamless. The lovely woman who dealt with the transaction was professional and friendly. She made it a very pleasant experience.
Did not get the vehicle we ordered. We reserved and paid for an SUV and got a mini van. Girl at the counter was less than professional and very non chilant about it. Will not go back to Walnut Creek Hertz.
WC site is dirty people suck DO NOT USE them or waste your time. RUDE and VERY UNHELPFULL. I went to ENTERPRISE and had a GREAT EXPERIENCE
Super rude clerk. I made a same day reservation through Expedia. Took an Uber to the site and was told they did not have a car for me. No attempt to help me rebook or get an alternative car. I told them they needed to fix that problem. And he told me it was my fault. Zero accountability, or understanding, will never use this company again
The gentleman who helped me was awesome. Total pro.
