Daryl was helpful, but unfortunately my overall experience with this Hertz location was extremely frustrating because of another employee at the counter. I received a Hertz rental after being involved in a no-fault accident. While my car was still in the repair shop, I called simply trying to understand how long my rental was authorized for and what would happen if my insurance had not extended it. Advice: always, always call ahead to confirm your reservation availability. Because car inventory is constantly being seized by other locations, your reservation might not get fulfilled. To get them on the phone, I was able to break through the automated voice rep by selecting the 'other' option (for repair shops and partners). Small team doing the best they can. Good location, close enough to downtown Walnut Creek.

I went to pick up the rental car. When I arrived they informed me that the car was no available and they didn’t have any at the time. They were very rude and unhelpful.
