It took 3 times going here to secure my rental. I got it today and now Uber is telling me that Hertz failed to approve the registration documents. So I'm stuck with a car I paid a HIGH price to rent and cannot use it. No one answers the phone at this location. Hertz is violating our contract / TNC Waiver by failing to perform due diligence.
Very poor customer service. Been said to get any cars on the Gold section, 30min wait to exit, then said that our car was assigned to someone else, and to redo the whole tour... 1hr later we were out. No apology, no smile.

If u wonna waste your time and be treated like nothing by rude managers and employees, this is the pace to go , they charged my card , took my money and refuse to give me the service or my money back , honestly don’t go to this place , rude and nasty manager work customer service evet
Worst experience renting through uber with this hertz location. The guy working at the front does not explain anything to you and if there are extra charges that happen to show up they won't let you know beforehand. The who payment was messed up you will be charged twice in a week which you get back one payment but they don't explain that to you at all and when it comes to ending the contract and returning the vehicle they will not inform you of all the charges you will be paying will be a total sum.
