The rating is for the associate, Brea. she was very nice and courteous, very helpful.
Brie was awesome! I wish everyone that worked with customers had the interpersonal skills she has. 10/10 experience. Everyone else that works there were extremely friendly and looked happy to be there.
I rent a car occasionally and the customer service of this hertz location was really good. Especially there was a lady who had short hair was very very nice and friendly. I’m sorry that I don’t remember her name. Thank you for your help and service. You guys should reward such good employees like her!!
Terrible service. Long wait. Exorbitant fee for smoking inside the car. Actually, I agree with the charge—though not the $400 amount—provided it is communicated in advance; however, there was no warning inside the car, and the attendant didn't mention it either. For me, it was the first and last time I rent a car from you.
The employees are very patient and courteous and the vehicle was ready to go. Will definitely rent another from Hertz.
