Easy Process, small line. Directions we received to get to the vehicle were sketchy, but there were signs in the parking garage directing you. easy access out and in garagae..
STAY AWAY! I regret following through with my rental. Not only did they not have the vehicle I "reserved" but told me I had to take a pickup truck or a minivan. I was assured it was the same price as my reserved vehicle, so I took the van. The final charge was over $100 more than my agreed price, PLUS they charged me an extra $11.00 for gasoline (even though I returned the car with the SAME amount of gas as when I rented it. STAY AWAY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Avoid this Hertz location at all costs. They did a bait and switch with me. Promised me a car they didn't have, told me I had to take a bigger car, told me I'd get the original price! Well of course when I returned it you know they charged me the larger amount, plus for gasoline which I did not use. I reached out to Hertz for help and they said they can do nothing because this is a privately owned location. STAY AWAY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Unfortunately you can’t give under 1 star. Horrible customer service. Rep continually talked over me and would not listen to my issue and then hung up. I’m trying to get my refund and this is how they treat you. I will NEVER use this company again. What amazingly disgusting people they have working here.
