Really apprecaite the service provided by Charleston Hertz team.
The staff were courteous and answered my questions. I was disappointed that the vehicle didn't have keyless door opening. I had to unlock the doors with my keyfob. That took some getting used to.
The Team at the CHS Airport is awesome. They were able to take my not good experience with the Airlines and turn it into a great experience. At least Hertz gets it right.
Very courteous and helpful. Although the vehicle I reserved was not available, they did help to get me into another vehicle that I was able to use for my needs.
