This is one of the worst hertz with one of the worst employees they could find. If corporate is too busy worried about their inflated checks and the border shares they should close it up and sell off their cars. I had better experiences from budget. 40 minutes waiting for this rude employee to not have my car available. I expected something because almost everyone before me had it out with her and her dismissive attitude Update they gave me a cool car so im happy
The most wildly abysmal customer service experience ever. Our car (Chevy Suburban) rented from this location broke down. We called Hertz roadside assistance. They couldn’t get in touch with anyone from the Charleston Airport location to verify if another car would be available for us. Neither could Hertz corporate. It’s apparently an independent location and you are at their will. Lost a whole day of vacation dealing with their inability to pick up the phone for either us as the customer or for Hertz corporate. Beware!
This location is not set up like a normal hertz. Terrible service. No matter status, you have to wait in a line. Needs new ownership.
The car was great! But trying to contact the location to extend my rental and change the drop off location was a nightmare! I spoke with Hertz and they just told me to contact the location directly. The phone went directly to voicemail and no one ever called me back. I also sent emails-- and never had a response. Hertz has lost a customer.
This place does not honor presidents circle so I had to wait in a long line just to get keys for a reservation I already made.
