Hertz was reasonably priced and my car was nicer and bigger than I expected. The pick and drop off process was very easy.
Easy pickup and the vehicle was in great shape. Drop off was easy too.
Updates: I received a call, and they have made it right 1-star to 4-star. Thank you! I had a bad experience at the location, and felt like I was deceived into an upgrade that I did not want. First, I reserved an small compact, and upon arrival I was verbally provided a list of available cars. The smallest would be a Huynda Santa Fe, but that will come with a $10/day upgrade.
