Car was clean and in good condition. Check in and return was fast and easy. Apple Car Play did not work in vehicle but other than that, a good rental experience.
Sales rep was very helpful and pleasant, the walk from the terminal to the rental car was a long walk. Checking out the car and drop off was easy.
I’m somewhat new to traveling alone so after landing in Charleston, I jumped in the Hertz desk line to get my car that was reserved. I waited for one person to finish then my turn and the attendant was so apologetic that I, a Hertz Gold member, had waited in line. She apologized many times and said I just needed to go to the ramp to get my car. So I walked out there to the booth and the two ladies were so sweet and personable. We joked around a bit.
