I rent from Hertz 25 times per year for work. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service as I did over the holidays. We arrived to the rental counter and no one was there. Another rental agency told us the representative left because they ran out of cars. No phone call, no email, nothing to let me know this happened. Since we were not staying local, it required a very experience Uber to our location and then a rental from Myrtle Beach at 2:00 AM.
