It has been my consistent experience that he has made certain that my interactions involving renting property have proceeded without any difficulties and have been easy to navigate. It is my sincere wish that the company's leadership recognizes the truly exceptional individual and staff member they have in Arthur.
From the get go when we called Arthur about concerns with our reservation he has been nothing but clear and helpful. Once we started he delivered on exactly what he had said would happen and made the whole process much simpler. He even gave us an upgrade! I felt very accommodated and this makes me want to keep renting with hertz in the future!
