Staff is amazing and very helpful. Every experience I've had there has been efficient and lovely.
Awful, unprofessional, does not do job properly. I have had so much trouble and inconvenience going through Hertz. I was so happy to return vehicle so I don’t have to deal with them anymore. I returned the car on 8/8 to Hanson. Asked him if I need to do anything else. Gave him my keys. Then the next week comes and I get a balance that I owe money and that the rental was not closed. It has been a nice experience renting cars here! I’ve rent cars from here for about 5 times during this summer. You got a relatively low price in the market and the car all looks clean and good. The people there are polite, patient, and genuinely friendly to the customers. Especially when you’re student drivers, you can rent here with the AAA membership to waive your young driver fee. So 100% recommendations for Trojans (this place is quite close to the campus)! 100% recommendations for everyone!
