Terrible service and zero transparencyTo be honest, my experience was awful. The service is unbearably slow, and the location is way too small, making the wait even more frustrating.The most serious issue is that the company makes unauthorized "ghost" charges to your card, and when you ask for an explanation, no one gives you a straight answer or any help. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional; they clearly don't want to be there. I don't recommend this place at all. Truly a pathetic service.

還車時遇到另一位帶有亞洲種族歧視意味的工作人員，抱歉因為我沒記得他的名字，只有印象他是外表皮膚是黑色，非常高大，且留了鬍子的男性工作櫃檯人員，我們還車時需要收據，他說了會寄到你的email，但是過了一個月都還沒有收到，另外是我們需要再繼續租下一台車，他只告訴我說你們離預定的租車時段還有一個小時，就急著喊下一位、下一位，完全不給我們說明想要提早取車的事情，希望你們的店可以好好管理一下，我們對他服務非常不滿意。
