I've only had warm, gracious service at this location. The rental cars were clean. Everything was priced fairly. I wish all locations were this effortless and the process as streamlined. Making my life easier while I'm temporarily without a car, I can't recommend them more.
I came to pick up a kia k4 and it had a brake error message when I started it. Asked to exchange and they gave me a nissan altima instead. Car infotainment system had issues and steering was loose and not good. I called them too exchange for a kia. The first time they picked up and hung up on me immediately with no words. The second time he said there were none available but I had spoken to an agent online who told me there was one available.
