Fantastic service at this location! I've been renting from this specific location for years because of Arthur. He is incredibly professional, efficient, and always goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. The customer service here is top-notch, and Arthur makes a regular rental feel like a premium experience every single time. Highly recommend this branch if you want quick, hassle-free service from a great team!
I rented a car and waited for them to pull it up to the waiting area. Almost two hours passed between when I arrived and when I finally gave up and canceled the rental. Extremely frustrating experience -- would not recommend to anyone.
