Rented a car for pick up at the Pierson St location, which is actually a private airport. The staff was extraordinarily rude and literally said “we don’t rent cars to regular people. We don’t know how this mistake happened. I assume you did not just get off a private plane?” Took well over half an hour to do the paperwork and the staff person tossed the keys on the counter saying, “the car is on the lot somewhere.” Literally hundreds of cars that we had to walk around just pushing the fob to find ours. CHEATERS - Do not rent from them Issues: - Game me a car that broke down in the middle of the road. Transmission fail. So bad vehicle or bad maintenance. - I was told hertz cannot drop another car to my location and that tow truck will drop me to rental location. When tow truck came, it told me it will not drop. - When I finally reached hertz gold counter, the old lady tells me I have somehow bring the broken vehicle back, only then she will issue me another car.
