I made a reservation for a car and paid through AAA. Upon getting to Hertz to get my rental I was told they do not accept 3rd Party rental reservations even though they had my car ready, I paid, and they had all of my information. They also asked for payment and would not accept my form of payment because it wasn't a Credit Card only, even though I already paid through AAA. Hertz made for an easy rental. Did most of the rental Online vehicle was at the airport to pick up quick sign of the paperwork exchange of keys and out the door to get into the car. Returning the vehicle was along the same lines.. maid rental of the car very easy and efficient. Will use again

Richard and Courtney helped me exchange a vehicle at this location. They were both very friendly and professional. Wonderful customer service!

The front desk service was extremely poor. Before renting, we asked what cars were available for renting right now, and the staff mentioned a Camry and a Nissan. We said we preferred the Camry. However, in the end, she brought out the keys to a Nissan. When I asked if we could switch to the Camry, she said, “We don’t have any Camrys right now.” but the fact is there are more than 5 Camry outside.
