I will be getting my rentals for work here, no hassle and convenient.
Terrible experience car was not maintained creating an unsafe experience for me and my family also the customer service was horrible at the Santa Ana location and specifically the manager Joe let me down in every way. I asked customer service to have the district manager contact me and nobody called. I would not recommend renting a car from hertz.
