Cruisers from San Pedro Beware If 0 stars was an option, I would give that. We had so many issues with our rental, it’s difficult to list them all. But I’ll try: 1. Vehicle type reserved was not available 2. Children’s car seats reserved not available. We were told to drive to another location to get them. The worst service I have ever experienced at ANY car hire location. The location had 0 car despite having 10+ bookings. Customers were kept waiting for hours until vehicles just happened to be returned.
Impossible to get through by phone. The voice mailbox is full. Please clear it so I can leave a message or pickup the phone!
The car was not the pacifica I had booked, In fact, it was not even a 7 seater. They gave me a 5 seater and when I went back to the office from the parking lot to let them know, the associates were basically arguing that it was a 7 seater. Eventually they exchanged the car but it was a bad experience. Also I was charged for gas when I filled it up completely before returning. The car did not have a full tank when I picked it up and it was completely filthy inside.
Terrible. Avoid at all cost. I’m a Hertz presidential member and I wish I wasn’t. My insurance booked a vehicle for me here and I was supposed to be picked up at the Autobody shop. Confirmed online. They never came. They don’t answer any phone calls. Goes to voicemail but voice mail is full. I called, the autobody shop called, my insurance called, No answer.
