My car broke down this morning and I needed a car to travel 6 hours away due to a family emergency. I was able to book a car online for an extra fee because I’m under 25, but when I went to pick the car up I was told I’m underage and couldn’t pick up a car. This really put me in a stressful situation. If you do not rent to people under a certain age, do not false advertise and pretend like you do.
This location is well run. Every agent here is a "Superstar!" I had the good fortune to receive excellent service from Veronique, Jariyah, Zakala. They went beyond their position to assist me. As for Hertz the company, and the 800 customer service line, I have nothing good to say.
Slow service. Poor vehicle availability despite Pres circle status. No skip the line pick up available.
