Booked a rental weeks in advance only to show up and not only was it not available, there were none available. It quite literally ruined our family vacation. No call, no notice, nothing. If you have no cars and you have no customers what are you doing with your time? Why not call the customers who have confirmed reservations and warn them or offer some sort of concessions or resolutions? Have cars brought in from other areas, shuttle people to other locations, something, anything, but screw people like this! No reimbursement... read more

If it was possible to give this location less than 1, I sure would. This location is not only incompetent, but borderline criminal. Read the reviews.....so many people overcharged or charged for services they didn't want. I rented my car in Nashville to be returned to Chattanooga the same day....5 hours later. The amount quoted was $69.91. When i checked in the car at the airport, there was no one there to check in the car, except for a woman that was busy vacuuming another car. I got scammed here. And the customer service is really really bad. There was a very rude lady in the customer service. They will not refund you the $200, and the lady who I worked with was so rude
