If it was possible to give this location less than 1, I sure would. This location is not only incompetent, but borderline criminal. Read the reviews.....so many people overcharged or charged for services they didn't want. I rented my car in Nashville to be returned to Chattanooga the same day....5 hours later. I got scammed here. And the customer service is really really bad. There was a very rude lady in the customer service. They will not refund you the $200, and the lady who I worked with was so rude
