I have forced to use Hertz the 2 of 3 times in the last 2 months and they all are horrible. Used them in Texas, Atlanta and now here in Chattanooga and all 3 times it’s been a mess. Long waits for reservations, give you dirty cars that smell like cigarette smoke and now here in Chattanooga just overall poor service. I am genuinely appreciative that the insurance company was flexible and updated my reservation to Enterprise down the road. This is a company wide issue and I recommend steering clear from Hertz.
