Came here 9/1. Hertz, dollar, and thrifty all being funneled to one counter with one old disgruntled slow man working the desk. He was complaining that he has been at work for 12 hours without a break. The line was over 2 hours long of waiting. There was no sense of urgency for him to speed up the process, oh did I forget to mention he was super slow???
