Grandson bought his first real car. He was not pressured into buying but he was excited and wanted to go through with the process. They made sure he got a decent payment and even tried to get him lower insurance premium when his. Company wanted a sky high amount with full coverage.

Customer service was great considering I was really late for my pick up … Thank you
Worst customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. Reservations aren’t honored here, so don’t waste your time. I showed up for pickup at 2pm to staff informing me that they didn’t have any cars available. People asking for answers and being treated poorly. One man asked if he could ask a question and the representative flat out said “no” 😅 this is not a place you wanna do business.
