Terrible. I'd rather have a dog bite me than rent a car from this mess. This place is a pothole in the form of a rental car center. If you have a reservation at 12pm. They close at 12pm and will not help you. Why would you allow reservations at 12 if you're closed? The app says you can still pick it up.
