The worst.......
Rented a car for Uber. They told me o could keep it if I wanted to extend it. Got a message at 2pm to extend at the office. Tried to but they said they were sellling it and had to charge me for the extra day because I didn’t bring it back by ten am. The manager Zach zarfatti told me he thought it didn’t make sense but it was what they had to do. Would highly recommend to not use this place as a rental. There were four other people in there that this was happening too.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences globally with Sam, the manager, at Hertz. Here’s what happened: I rented a car from the JFK Hertz location, with my rental confirmation stating a return time of 8 PM. However, upon arriving at 7 PM, I found the location already closed. The following morning was particularly challenging for me, as I had to cremate my father who had recently passed away.
