Zero professionalism from employees. Went there 2 times, waited for over 3hours even though I had a reservation and was on time. Was ignored countless of times and when finally called, my need stayed unsatisfied.
Terrible. I'd rather have a dog bite me than rent a car from this mess. This place is a pothole in the form of a rental car center. If you have a reservation at 12pm. They close at 12pm and will not help you. Why would you allow reservations at 12 if you're closed? The app says you can still pick it up. Then you'll have to book at a surcharge at the airport so they can make money off customers. Business 101. They should open a business school here rather than a car rental. Oh wait.
