I want to share my extremely negative experience with this car rental company. On Friday the 14th, the woman working at the office was very rude and disrespectful to me. The service I received was not only terrible, but I also found it to be pathetic. Told me I could pick my car up at 12:00 they closed at 12:00 I showed up at 12:10 to pick up my car and they were closed that's got to be the worst customer service ever I would not recommend anyone but through hurts or AAA because both of them dropped the ball today

I booked a rental with AAA which gives a discount rate. Then I was told I couldn’t have it due to card in my husband’s name was on the card but I’m also on the membership. I sent the card later with my name on it ..the same day and still Hertz would not honor it. The rental lady was not pleasant and acted like she didn’t want to be there. A very sad experience and during the holidays!

Reserved car online to go see family for holidays - only to get there and find out they can’t take my bank visa debit card because the system not compatible or some BS like that. Well my friend could’ve used his but she would’ve added him as a driver for an extra $13.50 a day. I said not my fault your system can’t take my card, anyways left and rented a car elsewhere.
