Reserved a vehicle - went down here and they told me they do not have a rental vehicle. Great way to do business!
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I reserved and paid for a rental weeks ago. I received a confirmation email and text, and I've been receiving reminder texts and emails about my rental ever since. Every one of them said I was to pick it up at noon today at this location. When I arrived, the location was closed. A sign said to go to another location. It was closed too. The main national phone number was no help. Now I have no rental for my trip and they have already charged my card. I will never rent from them again.
Drop off easy car was great
DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!! I went to get repairs on my car after someone hit me. I scheduled someone to pick me up at the auto body shop at 9 am. I called 6 times, and NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!!!!!!!!! Luckily, I had family close by that picked me up so I could make it to work. I tried to call Jennifer Medina, the Area Manager, and she did not answer or call me back after I left a message. Horrible experience.. Took 4 hours with a bunch of running and still didn't have a car that was previously reserved. Went somewhere else..
