I made a reservation online. I uber to the location to pick up my car & she tells me she has no cars available. She said I should’ve received a call this morning to cancel my reservation, but I did not. In fact, I called them TWICE & no one answered. But when I arrived there was no one else in the lobby & two people sitting at the desk (so there’s no excuse as to why my call couldn’t be answered). This place is horrible. If I could give this place a negative I would. Be aware if you place a reservation even if it 3 weeks out and you want a gas vehicle you may get there to pick your vehicle and only have electric which we will not use on a trip besides knowing nothing about them The lady was extremely rude not her problem and didn’t want to help us figure out what to do. Made a reservation and called to confirm it. They told me, at 3:30, to call back in 45 minutes because the car was on hold for another customer but they weren't sure if they'd be able to get it. They close at 4. No one answered when I called back just after 4 and my reservation is not being honored. I wouldn't have bothered with the review, last minute reservations are tough, but giving me the run around and wasting more of my time waiting was really unnecessary.

Don't waste your time or money. Plus they add on last second fees and they dont tell you about it until you're there to pick up
