DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!! I went to get repairs on my car after someone hit me. I scheduled someone to pick me up at the auto body shop at 9 am. I called 6 times, and NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!!!!!!!!! Luckily, I had family close by that picked me up so I could make it to work. I tried to call Jennifer Medina, the Area Manager, and she did not answer or call me back after I left a message. Horrible experience.. Took 4 hours with a bunch of running and still didn't have a car that was previously reserved. Went somewhere else..

I hate leaving a 3 star because I'm not satisfied. I would leave 1 star for the experience but 5 stars for the employee. I had a 10:30am pickup and had to call in late for my 12pm shift. They didn't have the car I reserved and don't have a chip reader so there was a 10 min wait for auth on every person ahead of me to push payments through with swipe. On top of that, after returning the vehicle my invoice showed one charge and the debit showed a higher charge. Still waiting for a refund.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! many many issues and I don’t have alll day to type but one of my main issues is that ny $350 rental is costing me $1,074.08 they have the AUDACITY to take even more $ from me when they haven’t given me the stupid “hold” $500 charge back. THIS IS NOT THE ECONOMY FOR SHIT LIKE THIS. What an absolute joke this company is.
