Leroy had excellent customer service and service was very efficient.
Did a great job with the rental process and was very friendly. Just needs to have a better option of vehicles to choose from.
‼️ DO NOT USE HERTZ RENTALS ‼️ This place is awful! Our daughter’s car was wrecked so we had to use a rental. They use PlatePass for tolls and tell you they’ll charge it to your account unless you pay it yourself. Well, you cannot self pay at tolls anymore without your PikePass sticker (which is affixed to our daughter’s wrecked car). Enterprise just charges tolls to your account as they should. On May 16, I booked a reservation through Expedia for a car at Hertz S. Peoria. Thought it was as all booked. When I arrived there, they had no more cars. In searching the Internet, this is nothing new. For me the issue is please fix your system. The internet is loaded with complaints about getting confirmation and yet still have no car when they arrive. I had to take pay for an Uber to get there. Which was a waste of money.
