Always have to wait for long time. Don’t understand why there is only 1 person working with 5 customers waiting on the line. Ridiculous.
Marissa was very kind and knowledgeable, she helped me out with my reservation in a timely manner. This was my first time renting a car with Hertz and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. Another gentleman whose name I didn’t get, helped me upon return of the vehicle and he was also very nice and quick. Thank you Hertz for a great experience.
Very small facility with limited parking. I have no clue where to return and actually park the car.
Maridssa is making miracles happening in northridge, I needed a car for the snacha for the weekend and she handled it always love working with hertz
