I've rented from this location before and gave it 5 stars. Unfortunately, my September 4 rental was a completely different experience. I waited close to an hour past my reservation time to get a car. When it finally came, the interior reeked of smoke. I asked for a different vehicle and was told none was available, so I had no choice but to take it.
