I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Hertz. I made a reservation expecting that the vehicle I selected would be available when I arrived. Instead, I was informed that the car I had reserved was not available. I was then given only two options: either wait 4–5 hours for a vehicle to become available or pay a significant additional amount to rent a different car. Awful service, office is completely under staff, the car i had reserved was not available and I still was charged premium vehicle rate even though I didn't get a premium vehicle, when called the office i was put on hold and left on hold 45 minutes! Nobody offered a discount even though the car had rented was given to someone else ...also I had called to extend my rental and I was promised a call back it never happened. Lala is super helpful at this Hertz location! I got there first thing in the morning during the weekday and had to rush off to work, and she processed our paperwork and checked us out timely and was super kind and nice. Thank you, Lala!
