Booked a car call 20 minutes before it was time to pick it up I was told they have no cars available until tomorrow morning, kinda insane.
It went something like this. Arrived at 8:20 for an 8:30 reservation. We have no clean cars. My manager’s not here yet and he's the one who takes care of the washes. We have no small suvs. We have one but it hasn't been cleaned. Im ok with that (at this point). 2 customers waiting. No internet on this computer. There’s no internet at all. I always use Hertz no matter where I’m traveling in the country. This location is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Made a reservation days ago and even got a message in the app that my vehicle was ready for pickup at the location. I arrived and was told they gave my vehicle away(small suv) as I literally watched the customer before me drive off in a small suv. What should have been a few mins has now turned into a couple hour adventure considering I have to be shuttled to a different location in another city. Also the lad... read more
