Bad customer service the guy who rented me the car told me I had to put down a 200$ deposit when I got there and the lady over the phone told me it was 50$ and I could select a vehicle. That was a lie and I had to pull the car from the back parking lot myself which was very inconvenient because of the space allowed. Then after returning the car they tried to charge me 395$ without my consent for no reason. Never will I come back here again

I have been a pretty consistent Hertz customer for years, whenever I need to rent a car. I have always had great customer service until I tried to rent from this location. I showed up to pick up my reserved car and was told by the lady behind the counter that they didn’t have the car they had confirmed and only had a bigger car. I said that’s fine, as long as you don’t intend to charge me more. She said she intended to charge me over $100, which was twice as much as the car I reserved.
