have been trying to contact them fopr over a week aboyt my rental situation. Never have a receieved a return call or any service what so ever!
Unreliable. If reservations made online are often not available on the day of the pick up, what is the point of making reservations? At very least, give the customer advance notice so that they can make arrangements accordingly, instead of the very disruptive last minute surprise.

Horrible experience & all the rental cars they have here look like they have water damage or repossessed - DON’T RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!
