I reserved my car online, received a reservation number, they had all my credit information, and when I showed up, they told me they did not have a car available for me. They said that due to the government shut down, Hertz has no cars available. The Hertz facility on South Memorial in Tulsa is a horrible place. They didn’t even take the time to call me and let me know, they just let me drive all the way down there before they told me.

The young lady that I worked with was a delight. She was knowledgeable, very friendly and had a positive attitude. If I owned a company, she's the kind of employee I would love to have working for me.
Reserved a car online for $300 show up to pick said car up they don’t have that car they only have compacts and then they added fees totaling $700 this place and people working here are the worst
