If I could give 0 stars I would. I was unable to get her name but whoever was working at this location on 12/12/23 should not be working there. I went in to get my car and noticed the office phone was off the hook which I found weird. When I approached her she rudely looked up at me asked me to give her second then walked to the back. I heard her on a personal call for about ten minutes. A gentleman walked in and a few minutes later another worker finally came out. Overall a terrible experience. Horrible company and horrible customer service. Be very careful when you return your car. There are people they accused of stealing cars that didn't actually steal the cars because they are so completely disorganized. One man was looking at 12 years in prison because of their failures. Run like heck to another car rental place.
