Picking up. Found parking can be tricky. They do like you to book so everything is ready for you when you arrive. Checking in was smooth.
The service at Hertz Taren Point is awesome and the staff are lovely; also the car I received was clean and tidy. They probably deserve 5 stars. However more than $700 of my money was on hold, even after the actual car was returned and the car payment being taken from my account. To date, more than 2 weeks after returning the car on the 18/02/25, $580.38 is still being held as 'pending'.
