We very upsetting discremating experience I was charged $200 deposit on the car pick up date my account was on hold and I was late due to family emergency I did advice the office on 19/2/25 they charge me $200 saying they have to recharge me again And my account went in debit my mother is hospital very seriously ill the manager refunded $139.40 and my account went in minus due to already charged twice very bad I was robbed by Hertz very very heart breaking I had no money for food for my kids I had to borrow from my neighbour... read more
