Great interaction with the gentleman, even dropped off car at dealership.
The car I picked. I didn't get they did a switch on me but claim that this car was better since I couldn't compare them 2 together I took his word on it. The car was nice and drove good. Even though they have a lot of rules and hustles the thing I didn't like the most was I took the car back a day early and they still changed me for a extra day because I didn't bring it back same time as I picked it up. Went through their website to place a pickup for 8.30 this morning. Filled out all my information online including the fact that I am 19. Was willing to pay young driver fee and had full proof of insurance and was still denied pickup due to not being 20. Was never told beforehand and was even told that my young driver fee would be waived because of my Triple A status.
