This hertz has been my favourite location. The cars were always kept clean and well maintained. Anthony and Kaplan are friendly and have always greeted me with a smile. I’m sad that this location will be closing down permanently since there is no other hertz in Scarborough.

Don't book from here! Similar to multiple posts, I booked a reservation, but on the day of the booking I was told that they dont have my vehicle. They offered to give me an alternative vehicle (my original booking was for a Tesla and they offered a Corolla) for DOUBLE the price!! When asked when the cars will be available they advised they have no idea and other people were in line ahead of me. Heartz Car Rental failed me big time. I booked a car one day in advance, but on the day I was supposed to pick it up, they informed me there were no cars left. They suggested I come the next morning, which was far too late for my plans. Taking bookings they can’t fulfill is just bad business. They didn’t make any effort to find me an alternative vehicle either. Very bad service.
