Went online to rent a car, supposed to pick up at 4pm, got there and they didn't even have any cars at all. Always call because the internet is not current on what's on the lot.
I wanted to thank you so much to the guy who is in his 30's or 40's that helped us. Do apologize for not remembering your name. We came from Utah to drop off our Son's vehicle at Fort Johnson. I tried to call and visit car rentals for a one way rental but couldn't find one. My last hope was this place and call them. The Gentleman that answered was very helpful and well manner to help me. Finally we got a one way rental. Thumbs up to the lady that cleaned the vehicle before handed to me. I'll look forward to visit this place ... read more
Tamekia and Reggie were awesome. My flight came in right at closing and they bent over backwards to allow me to pickup a vehicle when they didn't have to! They seem to be very caring and show it with their actions. I recommend. Thank You guys
