Wir hatten den "worst case" einen Auffahrunfall in Alexandria. Das Heck unseres Fahrzeugs war komplett zusammengeschoben. Das Auto ist gefahren, war aber nicht sicher. Nachdem wir aus dem Krankenhaus kamen, sind wir hierher gekommen, um das Auto zu tauschen. Sie meinten, es gäbe keine Wechselfahrzeuge vor Ort. Kann passieren! Staff was very friendly but when I was returning my recntal. The windshield which I didn't put the little crack in it. I had to pay $55 dollars. Then they added another $40 on top of that make it $90 damn dollars. I told told them I was expecting to pay anything and I didn't have the money to pay it. So they goes on the computer and used my card on file to pay the fee. That gave me a negative balance on my account. Asked why she did that when I told I didn't have enough money to pay the fee. Price was reasonable and cheaper than other companies in the area. Staff were very respectful and professional. Rental was clean and fully fueled when I got it with no issues.
