Booked online paid for an uber tonget here and be told there are no cars available. I booked 30 minutes prior to me arriving recevied an email but noone reached out to say they had no vehicles. The girl stated they do not check reservations every second. UNPROFESSIONAL
Hertz is the best for customer service. I will always go back to this rental place just because of how efficient it was.
Calling me that they cancel my reservation for no reason just that their system had a glitch having a glitch is usually not a reason to cancel a reservation bad you can't be sure if they will honor your reservation
