Poor service. Car wasn't ready on several occasions...promised pick up, but never showed or called.
We scheduled online to pick up a car at this location on Friday before work (when they opened at 8am) for a weekend trip. When we arrived at the location, the door was locked and there was a notice at the door along the lines of “stepped away, call (this 215 number) for assistance” so I called the number and it went to the national line.
